The contents of these web site pages serve solely to promote film rights, licenses and other products intended for the German market as well as the company “YFE”. The information provided (including the stock exchange prices of the Your Family Entertainment AG share) shall be understood neither as an invitation to buy nor to any other kind of trading in shares. YFE assumes no responsibility for the suitability or availability of the contents of these pages for use outside Germany. In particular, no warranty is assumed that the contents of the web site pages are in conformity with the laws of third-countries.

Copyright Law

These web site pages are the property of YFE and are operated from the company’s registered office in Germany. The contents offered in the YFE web-site are protected by the law of copyright. The web-site may neither be changed, copied, re-published, transferred, distributed nor stored without YFE’s consent. The use on other web sites or network environments without the prior written consent of YFE is especially prohibited. The contents provided may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes subject to the strict observance of prevailing law. A simple, non-exclusive and non-transferable license is granted for the downloading of the contents provided by YFE, which is restricted to a single download and storage. All other rights remain the property of YFE and especially publication and all forms of use for commercial purposes are not permitted.

Liability

YFE is only liable for the contents distributed on its web site and damage resulting thereby should such damage have been caused intentionally by YFE or as a result of its gross negligence. YFE is not liable for compensation for whatever legal reason, including unauthorised actions, unless particular qualities have been warranted, or in the event of gross negligence or intent which is due to YFE. A more extensive liability on YFE’s part is excluded.

YFE is not liable for indirect damage nor for foregone profit unless these are due to intent on the part of its employees or gross negligence on the part of YFE’s official bodies or senior employees, or the damages are included in the protection afforded by a quality which is expressly warranted.

YFE assumes no liability that the web site pages function free of interruptions and errors nor that possible errors will be corrected.

Possible liability on the part of YFE under the German Product Liability law is not impaired.

Various

Should one of these general terms and conditions of use be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not impair the validity of the remaining general terms and conditions of use. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid and enforceable provisions the commercial content of which most closely approximates to the commercial intent of the invalid and unenforceable provisions. The same shall apply to omissions which might be revealed in these provisions.

These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Should you be a registered trader within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), a public law corporate entity or public-law special assets, the sole legal venue to which appeal shall be made for all and any disputes arising from these general terms and conditions of use is the Munich I Regional Court.
